Enable Manifest V2 extensions in latest Chrome

In Windows, WSL is installed on the system drive by default, but the system drive has limited space, and WSL will be lost after the system is reinstalled. We may need to move WSL to another drive.

## WSL migration

1.  list the WSL distros to move

    ```bash
    wsl --list
    ```

2.  Shut down WSL

    ```bash
    wsl --shutdown
    ```

3.  Export the backup of WSL distro

    ```bash
    wsl --export <Distro> <FilePath>
    ```

4.  Unregister WSL distro

    ```bash
    wsl --unregister <Distro>
    ```

5.  Import WSL distro, and specify the new installation location

    ```bash
    wsl --import <Distro> <InstallLocation> <FileName>
    ```

6.  Set the default user for WSL distro

    ```bash
    <Distro> config --default-user <UserName>
    ```
